With Cottonwood Pass Road closed, it has been very difficult to motivate
myself to hike the 0.9 miles (each way) to reach the traditional Colorado Seasons
point above. Also, it didn't help matter that I was back in the Northeast for a week
in December followed by being in southern Arizona for 4.5 weeks.
This afternoon, however, I set aside some time to walk up the road and
captured the photo above. For what it's worth, I plan to find a new "Colorado
Seasons" spot that is easier to access and has more foliage in the foreground.
I'm currently in the process of locating another spot! :)
