I think the season of
driving to Cottonwood Pass are over for me in 2006,
even if the road is still officially open as of today. Past the gate, the
road is very snowy and the wind and temperature were really ding-dang cold!
I'll estimate it was in the 10's at most up there.
Ahhhhhhh, but it was a really nice photo. I think it is so pretty
see mountains neatly blanketed with a fresh layer of
snow! :) -Steve
