The View From The Mt. Yale Summit
I want to share just a little more background about this Jones Mountain project.
Above is a photo from the
Mt. Yale summit when I hiked it on May 19, 2006. From this vantage point,
I was facing southwest and down below is
Cottonwood Pass Road
(where I stand) and Jones Mountain. I think you can notice the two "humps" of Jones Mountain,
and how it is just one of many, many peaks in the area.
